Return Policy
The following policy is only applicable to products directly purchased from meltingshiawase.com.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened or unused, with tags and accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide valid proof of purchase of the product.
Before proceeding with any return, please submit a return request by emailing us at meltingshiawase@outlook.com. If your return request is accepted, we will provide the return address. You will be responsible for securely packing all items in their original packaging, clearly indicating the order number, and shipping them to the address provided at your own expense.
Returned items must be shipped within 10 calendar days from the date your return request has been accepted.
If any of the foregoing requirements are not met, your return request may be delayed or declined. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice that any item in your order is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos, a description of the issue, and proof of purchase. We will assist with your return or exchange request.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to sale items, gift card purchases, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions about any specific items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned items, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method with an estimated processing time of 15 business days from the date we receive your returned items. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
