We started Melting Shiawase out of a passion for candles and want to share our finest creations with you.
We use premium coconut soy wax and crackling wooden wicks. Each type of candle features a rich blend of custom fragrance oils with a distinctive signature scent. The jar and the logo are thoughtfully designed to symbolize happiness.
Our candles and jars are carefully crafted by hand in small batches. We attend to detail in every candle to ensure the highest quality. We also offer limited-edition candles from time to time.

Why do I see a gap between the wax and the wall of the jar?
This is completely normal and does not affect the candle’s quality, scent throw, or burn performance. Because our candles are made with high-quality natural coconut soy wax and housed in plaster jars, a thin sealing layer must be applied inside before pouring the wax to prevent seepage.
Wax naturally contracts when it cools and may pull slightly away from the jar, creating a small gap. Temperature fluctuations during shipping or storage can make this more noticeable. After a few days at room temperature or once the candle is lit, the wax will re-expand and the gap will shrink or disappear.
